Online Return Policy

We offer returns for new and unused products that were purchased online within 15 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the items returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All returns must be approved by SW Surf Shop. Before returning your merchandise, send us an email to hello@swsurfshop.com and let us know which item you are returning from your order.

Please note that wetsuits & swimwear items are final sale which cannot be returned due to our hygienic standards.

No exchanges due to availability, please go ahead and do a new order of the item you would like to purchase.

Incorrect deliveries

We do our best to ensure that the correct item reaches you as quickly as possible, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If you believe you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately via mail. We will pay for shipping of incorrectly delivered goods.
